Cancellation policy
- Bookings for long weekends (Anzac Day, Australia Day, Adelaide Cup Long Weekend, October Long Weekend, Queen's Birthday, Easter and Christmas as well as entire January that are cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival will have deposits refunded less a 20% handling fee. Bookings cancelled 30 days or less with forfeit the entire deposit of what was taken. Min 1 day to max of 100% of stay.
- All other times: bookings cancelled 7 days or prior to arrival will forfeit the full deposit. Bookings cancelled 8 days or more will have deposits refunded less a 20% handling fee.
- Minimal cancellation fee is $6 which at times may be higher than 20%. Extra cancellation service fee's apply for payments made via PayPal, BPay and Payment Plans.
- In the case of a No Show, no refunds will be refunded.
- Covid19 or other pandemics- If there is a lockdown or a government stated hotspot / border closure we will cancel bookings and roll your payments into your guest account for a period of up to 12 months, this may be able to be extended in certain circumstances. We can offer a refund less no less than $6 service charges to cover bank transactions and other expenses.
- We recommend all guests take out domestic travel insurance with a cancellation policy that covers this type of cancellation.
Deposit Policies
- In accepting a booking please be advised that the full amount will be required for payment unless you choose a payment plan- payment plans only available when pricings over a certain amount and time frame and additional fees do apply than are non-refundable. When using a payment plan please ensure sufficient funds are in account on date transaction is to be made as extra charges may result or a cancellation of booking. All payment plans are due 17 days prior to arrival.
- PayPal - please note extra cancellation fees do apply to cover PayPal service fees.
After Hours Arrivals
- If office is unattended we will attach your access cards / codes / keys and a map to site or cabin in an envelope on the front door of office with your booking name marked on it. For very late check ins we reserve the right to place you in an area away from other campers for their peace and tranquility.
- During off-peak times (generally winter months) the office may be unattended during the whole day. In this case we will have your access cards- codes / keys on door as per late arrival. If you require us in emergency you may ring us on phone outside between 8:30 am - 6 pm or call office number 0885751411 and follow prompts for emergency calls, or leave a message on our answering machine and we will get back to you when able.
